Councillor, Blackie Gavin and members from Mayo Sports Partnership attending my talk in Castlebar Library

I presented my work in Castlebar Library yesterday as part of a Courageous Citizen’s European Research and Development grant. Dissemination of my work with the title of the talk “Improving the quality of life for physically disabled people through sport”. It focused on the importance of sport and physical activity in terms of inclusiveness and connecting people.

There was a great turnout with the Councillor, Blackie Gavin and members from Mayo Sports Partnership being amongst the attendees.
