Simple Weights exercises

1-6: 2 sets x 6 reps right side, extend slowly.

7-8: Hold for ten seconds each side x 3 reps.

9-10: 2 sets x 6 reps left side, repeat as for right above (pics third to sixth).

      Also a weight support belt strapped around you and the chair helps keep your balance. Helps you from falling forward or out to the side while also freeing up your other arm.
